In addition to producing my own Yoga DVDs to introduce and teach Yoga, I run courses in Kundalini Yoga in my local area.These are open to all, and are divided into different groups: Yoga for All, Pre Natal Yoga and Women's & Post Natal Yoga. I also run a project about the devotional aspect of our lives with online shopping for yoga DVDs, Mats, devotional tapestries and Malas. This project and online shop is called DEVOTION.
